The primary role of the Clinical Specialist is to maintain and ensure the overall delivery of services and maintenance of clinical care standards for affiliated facilities. Oversee and coordinate clinical aspect of the intake department.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, or Graduate of accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program. Minimum of two to three years wound care experience, and one year nursing home experience. Candidate will be focusing on NY, Elizabeth NJ, and Chicago IL facilities.
Duties and Responsibility:
Review providers notes to ensure that they are informative and descriptive of the care being provided, that they reflect the resident’s response to the care. Ensures accuracy in documentation and information given by the providers to the residents, and the facility staff.
